Jennifer Bonner will present a series of ongoing design and research projects ranging from
non-visual environments (the olfactory kind) to neighborhood renewal (the micro-entrepreneurship
kind). Recently awarded a commission in Miami to design and build several “Public Houses” and
live-work additions for an existing housing stock, she proposes a culinary urbanism for southern
Florida. Lastly, her talk will make an argument for coupling the post-digital project with
representation as illustrated in a Boston pop-up shop, cluster of cabins in Wyoming, and an
eighty-thousand square foot paving system near to the Everglades.
