What laws and other considerations apply to speeches on campus, from students, faculty, or external people who are invited to speak or who are renting space on campus for an event? What does “free speech” mean for tenured and untenured academics at a state university? What should the Georgia Tech community know about the Open Records Act and how it applies to them?
